Fincons Group has been included in the new TOP 100 Sustainable ICT Companies ranking compiled by Data Manager, one of the most influential publications in the Italian tech sector. The company secured 66th place among prominent names in the industry. This ranking, developed by BVA Doxa for Data Manager and published in the November issue of the magazine, evaluates the most exemplary Italian IT companies in Sustainability, Gender Equality, Talent Attraction & Retention. It provides an innovative perspective on corporate success, going beyond financial performance to incorporate quantitative indicators measuring the ability to create sustainable long-term value.
Alongside Fincons' inclusion in the ranking, the same magazine issue features an article where Michele Moretti, CEO, and Francesco Moretti, Group Deputy CEO and International CEO, explain how sustainability has become a central element of the company’s growth strategy. They emphasise a corporate culture built on inclusivity, well-being, and personal development.
“As a company, we have long integrated sustainability into our DNA,” commented Michele Moretti, “with the aim of creating value for our people, clients, and the communities we operate in.”
A commitment that extends across all the territories where the Group is present, explains Francesco Moretti: “Our international focus, enriched by the mix of cultures within our team, drives us to pursue a sustainability strategy that respects the local specificities of the countries we operate in, while remaining true to the universal values that guide us.”
