Fincons recognised as an Inclusive Leader by Eni

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are fundamental aspects of any sustainable strategy for a modern company. Promoting DEI means making people feel welcome in their uniqueness, allowing them to express their potential in line with their individual characteristics.

DEI is also a cornerstone of Fincons Group's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) approach, and this commitment has now been recognised by ENI, one of our long-standing clients: Fincons has been awarded the "Inclusive Leader" badge as part of the "Inclusion Development Partnership" programme. This recognition is given to the energy company's suppliers who stand out for their dedication to Inclusion and Diversity. In particular, ENI has acknowledged our efforts to promote women's empowerment, which is reflected in various initiatives aimed at addressing the digital gender gap, supporting maternity rights, recruitment policies, work-life balance, and encouraging youth entrepreneurship, including partnerships Fincons has established with businesses led by under-35s as well as support for youth start-ups.
