Fincons has been awarded as one of the best employers in Italy, once again securing its place in the Top Job - Best Employers 2024/2025 ranking, compiled by the German Institute for Quality (ITQF) in collaboration with La Repubblica Affari&Finanza. The 500 companies awarded the quality seal achieved a score of 65 out of 100 or higher. In the “Information Technology” category, Fincons has a score of 77.6 (approximately 12 points more than last year).
The ranking is based on an anonymous online survey that gathered over 20,000 responses about 2,150 companies in Italy. Interviewees were asked to provide feedback on workplace environment, professional development, growth opportunities, sustainability, and corporate values.
Being included in this ranking for the second consecutive year confirms the value of Fincons' commitment to creating a workplace that is fair, sustainable, and inclusive for all its employees.
