Scilla Signa has years of experience in the IT sector as a creator and organizer of tech events. He collaborated with Repubblica Digitale and in 2021 founded Bridge The Gaps, a Social Enterprise SRL which aims to eliminate the technological gap and gender inclusion in the STEM world. She is the creator of hackher_, an international project focused on gender equality which is underway in 10 Italian and as many foreign cities, sponsored by the European Parliament, RAI, Digital Republic and supported by a consortium of large brands.
