Sustainable development is an integral part of Fincons' history. It represents our commitment to respecting workers' rights through an integrated approach to human resources management, fully aligned with the principles outlined in our Code of Ethics.

Acting in accordance with the guidelines of the UNI PDR 125 standard strengthens the social responsibility principles that have always guided our organization, fostering value creation for all stakeholders, including clients, employees, partners, and the community.

In line with these principles, we are publishing our Gender Equality Policy for the future we envision for our people and society, promoting and cultivating a culture where everyone can feel represented.

We are committed to ensuring gender equality, particularly in supporting women’s presence and professional growth within our organization. We aim to value diversity across roles and maintain processes that foster female empowerment within our business activities.
