On terminating his studies, Marco Carpinteri started his professional journey working with Information Technology companies, where he had the opportunity to consolidate his technological skills and his complex project management abilities. He later moved to one of the world's leading Strategic Consulting companies, where he remained for over 20 years, becoming Associate Director, with the objective of developing the market for Consumer Goods and Travel & Transportation clients.
In 2024, Marco joined Fincons as General Manager for the Rome Territory, with the goal of managing the branch and developing the local market, both for public and private clients, also developing partnerships with the most important players in this market.
He excels in interpersonal skills and has the innate ability to understand and meet client and partner expectations, motivating personnel and nurturing their professional growth and development.
